Hess earns USCAA Specialist of the Week honors

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women’s volleyball player Rebecca Hess earned USCAA Specialist of the Week honors, the association announced Tuesday.

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women's volleyball player Rebecca Hess earned USCAA Specialist of the Week honors, the association announced Tuesday.

Hess (Greensburg, Pa./Greensburg Central Catholic) led the Celtics defensively with 32 digs and five blocks, while also leading the team with 13 kills as Carlow went 0-2 at the Houghton tri-match last weekend.

The Celtics travel to Pitt Greensburg for a 7 p.m. AMCC match Oct. 7.
