Carlow University Volleyball is the longest standing of Carlow’s athletic programs. The team has had a rich history which includes numerous conference playoff appearances as well as one appearance in the NAIA’s national tournament. The team competes in at least 24 contest dates per season as a member of the American Mideast Conference.
The Carlow Celtics volleyball team, who play their home games in St. Joseph Hall, consistently produce excellent scholar-athletes, such as 2005 graduate, Kathy Kittell, who received the “Pat Blayden Spirit of Sport Award” at Chatham College’s annual Women in Sports Luncheon in February 2005.
