USCAA RELEASE

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University track & field athlete Ashley Ealy earned USCAA Thrower of the Week honors, the association announced Tuesday.

Ealy, a junior from West Alexander, Pa., threw a personal best 8.92 meters in shot put at the Baldwin Wallace University 56th Annual Sparky Adams Invitational Saturday.

The Celtics compete at the USCAA National Championships at Indiana University of Pennsylvania April 24 and 25.
