Wagner, Taylor sweep United East Conference Track & Field Athlete of the Week honors

Molly Wagner and Sydney Taylor earned Track Athlete and Field Athlete of the Week, respectively.
Wagner, a graduate student from Pleasant Hills, Pa., was part of both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams that garnered first place at the USCAA National Championship April 26.
She placed first, second and third in the 400, 200 and 100, respectively to help Carlow to a third-place team finish.
This is the fourth Athlete of the Week award for Wagner this outdoor season (April 8, April 1, March 25).
Taylor, a sophomore from Castle Shannon, Pa., placed first in triple jump with a leap of 10.47 meters and landed a personal best 4.89 meters in long jump to place second in the event at the USCAA National Championship. She was also part of the first place 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams.
This is the first Athlete of the Week award for Taylor.
The Celtics travel to Washington, D.C. for the United East Outdoor Championship May 3-4.
