Women’s Track & Field tunes up for USCAA Championship at Westminster

The Celtics faced off against 22 teams across all NCAA divisions, and several athletes recorded personal best marks on the day.
Trista Miller (Canonsburg, Pa./Canon-McMillan HS) led Carlow with an outdoor personal best 12.98 for a ninth place finish in the 100. She also ran a personal best 27.05 in the 200 to place 12th and was part of the 4x100 relay team of Sydney Taylor, Ella Cloak and Molly Wagner (Pleasant Hills, Pa./Thomas Jefferson HS) that finished 51.63 to place third.
Taylor (Castle Shannon, Pa./Keystone Oaks HS) scored 10th place in triple jump with a leap of 10.40 meters, and Cloak (New Cumberland, Pa./Trinity HS) ran a personal best 28.92 in the 200.
Mackenna Rankin (New Bethlehem, Pa./Redbank Valley HS) ran a personal best 6:18.62 in the 1,500 on the day.
The Celtics travel to the USCAA National Championship April 25-26 in Springfield, Mass.
