Lorigan earns third USCAA Golfer of the Week honor

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women’s golfer Maci Lorigan earned her third USCAA Golfer of the Week honor, the association announced Tuesday.

PITTSBURGH --- Carlow University women's golfer Maci Lorigan earned her third USCAA Golfer of the Week honor this season, the association announced Tuesday.

Lorigan (Kittanning, Pa./Armstrong HS) shot a 96 on her first time out at 3 Lakes Golf Club to help lead the Celtics in a dual against Seton Hill Oct. 4. She recorded three par on the back nine, including a nice chip shot up over a hill and into the hole on 11.

The Celtics compete in the USCAA National Championship Oct. 13-14.
