Men’s Track & Field records five top-10 finishes at United East Indoor Championship
LANDOVER, Md. --- Carlow University men’s track & field secured five top-10 finishes at the United East Conference Indoor Championship at Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex Friday.

Shajit Pokwal (Pittsburgh, Pa./Baldwin HS) placed fourth in long jump with a leap of 6.05 meters.
Ryan Hileman (Irwin, Pa./Norwin HS) ran a personal best 9.51 to place fifth in the 60-meter hurdles, and Isaiah West (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township Senior HS) ran a personal best 7.30 to place fifth in the 60-yard dash. West also ran a personal best in the 200.
Anthony Lewis (Williamsport, Pa./Loyalsock Township Senior HS) placed seventh in long jump with a distance of 5.72 meters, and Caleb Rogers (Clark, Pa./Sharpsville Area HS) recorded the second best distance in the Carlow record books in shot put with a ninth place throw of 11.29 meters.
St. Mary's College of Maryland earned the team title for the second year in a row. Solomon David was tabbed Rookie of the Year and Field Athlete of the Year, and Lancaster Bible College's David Helms was tabbed the Track Athlete of the Year.
