Men’s Golf opens spring season at Pennsylvania Classic
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. --- Carlow University men’s golf competed in the two day Pennsylvania Classic at the Penn State Blue Course this weekend.

The Celtics scored 860 and placed 21st of 22 teams. Carlow improved by 32 strokes in the second round.
Christian Rotundo (Thorold, Ontario, Canada/Denis Morris Catholic Secondary School) led the Celtics with an 88 in the first round and carded a 95 on the second day with two birdies and eight par on the weekend.
Noah Marshall (Upper Black Eddy, Pa./Palisades HS) landed two par in the second round to improve his first day score by 18 strokes, and Devan Donskoy (Jamison, Pa./Central Bucks HS East) hit par on hole three in his first collegiate appearance.
Washington & Jefferson College took home the team title with a two-day score of 601, and Penn State Berks' Peyton Moyer won the individual Penn State DIII Challenge title.
The Celtics travel to the Peter C. Rossin Memorial Invitational at Southpointe Golf Club April 13.
