The Celtics placed second with a team score of 381 on the 6,375-yard course. After a soggy start to the day, the weather cleared for the back nine.
Christian Rotundo (Thorold, Ontario, Canada/Denis Morris Catholic Secondary School) landed nine par on the day to lead the Celtics with a third place finish of 83. Logan Connelly (North Huntington, Pa./Norwin HS/St. Vincent College) followed with an 89, sinking two birdies and hitting four par.
Geneva's Ryan Edwards led all golfers with a 75, bogeying just four holes and hitting one birdie to lead the Golden Eagles to a team score of 322. Austin Goehring carded a 77 for second place overall.
The Celtics travel to the Penn State Altoona Sinking Valley Collegiate Classic Oct. 5 and 6.
