The Bobcats (12-2, 4-1 AMCC) forced 15 of Carlow's eventual 23 turnovers in the first half.
Clayton Cook (Brookville, Pa./Brookville Area HS) led the Celtics with a double-double 17 points and 11 rebounds. Jimmy Giannetta (Pittsburgh, Pa./Saint Joseph HS) contributed 14 points, and Aleel Batts (Middletown, Pa./Middletown Area HS) went 3 for 4 from beyond the arc, adding 13 in the effort.
Both teams traded leads through the first half before the Celtics (1-14, 1-5 AMCC) went on a 10-3 run over the span of 4:41 to lead, 32-29, with a minute remaining.
A Pitt Greensburg trey tied the score, and the Bobcats scored a layup and three free throws to take a five-point lead into the intermission.
The Bobcats returned from halftime and outscored Carlow 15-5 through the first six minutes of action, pushing their advantage to 20 points a few moments later.
Although the Celtics continued to battle, the Bobcats ran away with the game.
Carlow outrebounded the Bobcats, 45-41, but Pitt Greensburg outscored the Celtics 32-24 off the bench.
Trent Rozich scored a double-double to lead the Bobcats with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Matthew Marinchak added 18 points, and Jackson Byer contributed 13 points in the win.
The Celtics host Penn State Altoona for a 7 p.m. AMCC game at Donahue Pavilion Jan. 14.
