Bio
Stephanie M. Layne is a third-year Doctoral student with nine years of cheerleading experience from Curtis High School to The College of Staten Island (CSI) and Carlow University.
At the age of 15, Stephanie began training inexperienced cheerleaders in cheer motions, and at 16 began training others in stunting. She was one of the founding members of CSI's cheer squad, participating and placing in all three of CUNY Athletic Conferences she participated in. As a Carlow Cheerleader, Stephanie discovered her love for training other cheerleaders in stunting, working with her teammates to perfect motions, cheers, dances, and stunts.
Stephanie is excited to take this next step in her cheer journey as the Assistant Coach.
